DEA has found a new use for Dogs

The DEA has been known for using K-9's to sniff out illegal drugs. They have been quite successful with them at their sides in finding well hid stashes. The K-9's have more than done their job in the past but now the DEA may fear the need for them may be dwindling in some cases.

We the People are no longer afraid to speak out on wanting Marijuana Legalized. And with that in would come some law changes that will affect the non violent policies and laws dealing with marijuana. The DEA sees this as an issue because they have squandered some much of our tax money on chasing these non violent offenders that they won't be able to justify their expenses. Ultimately this is sure to decrease the yearly budget and save tax payers money.  With that fear in mind the DEA is working on going another direction, Protect the dogs...

Testifying on the DEA budget during a House Appropriations subcommittee hearing on Wednesday, Leonhart said she expected a number of things to happen after Washington and Colorado were allowed to go forward with the legalization of marijuana last year. What she didn't anticipate was the impact on man's best friend.
I predict some kind of DEA task force to allow them entry into the home to spot test your pets for some kind of marijuana pet abuse. And of course, they will seize your house, cars and bank accounts and spend the money before your court case is heard. After all that is how they get most of there money isn't it? So all you pet lovers and pot smokers beware, the DEA are still looking for ways to come after what is yours instead of focusing on the real DRUG issues like powerhouse companies that still put BHT in your children's' cereal.

Make marijuana Legal, it's a no brainer.

Make marijuana Legal, it's a no brainer. (no pun intended). Why are individual states eager to legalize? Simple, MONEY. They not only have an anticipated growth in increased tax revenue from sales but at the same time have the ability to lower their  expenses for maintaining law enforcement to uphold previously illegal  possession, cultivation and consumption laws.

Thumbs up to the States that embrace what the voters want( to be free to choose for themselves).

Cannabis remains classified as an illegal narcotic under federal law, though the Obama administration has said it will give individual states leeway to carry out their own recreational-use statutes.
So why doesn't the Federal government want to go a step further..... Simple, Power(Control). They already have your money and want to continue using it to empower their Agencies with the ability to take what ever you have and write you off as a Drug Dealer. They Spend Billions of dollars of YOUR MONEY brought in by taxes to pay for all the surveillance equipment, guns, helicopters and man power. Not to mention the Tax dollars it takes to house these NON-violent drug offenders in Federal Prisons.   But you won't here about a quick and Huge cut in expenses from the Federal Government simply by allowing the People Some Of Their FREEDOM back..... Makes you wonder just how important their agenda is to them.

The Federal Government Spends Billions to justify taking More from us each year and squanders it frivolously in an attempt to take the rest of what we the people have worked hard for. They want it ALL.

Nearly 20 states, including Colorado and Washington, had already put themselves at odds with the U.S. government by approving marijuana for medical purposes.

At least the states are getting on board and telling the Federal Government to Stick It!
