Obama removes Congress by Executive Order
Would not have believed it but after reading about this in an article written by Andy Borowitz of the New Yorker today, it must be true. Obama has set his sites on either staying in office or causing as much damage as possible before he leaves.
How does this create more jobs?
How does this help the economy and stability in our country?
Are all the rednecks out there that said he was the next Hitler getting that much closer to being able to say, I told you so?
Where is he headed with this move? Now that all the elected officials that are to represent "The People" are gone, who is representing US? If this isn't the first step in a dictatorship I am not sure what is. And I am astonished that I haven't seen anything on the news channels yet. Only time will tell if this is a stunt by the comedian to write such an article or if it is real.

Cyber Hygiene, the next US excuse to take away more civil rights?
In the latest news around CNN and the US Obama Administration is all about Cyber Hygiene. The Obama Administration is voicing their opinion to look deep into securing not only the US Governments cyber abilities but those of the Citizens. They are using the excuses of the Sony Hack, which any true Hacker can tell you could not have been carried out unless someone from the inside was involved. And with all the celeb pics and twitter accounts being hacked, well what better excuse to work around their agenda and pass some superficial legislature.
Remember the Patriot Act and all the privacy the US Citizens lost. This is the US Government at it again. They tried to for Google and several phone companies to open the doors and allow all access to the information they have collected to only run into the Giant Wallet of Google and their ability to tie it up in court. Phone companies creating new phones that not even the phone companies have access to. So what is the Government to do.... Pass some super Cyber Hygiene Act and force all internet connections to flow through their hands first. This will allow them to track you and to change the information you receive.
Not at all good for anyone, and it will be done all with an excuse that the public has no idea how to safe guard there password to a twitter account that might have a nude picture of a celeb somewhere that didn't get paid for the picture..... ALL bullshit reasons to allow the US Government to reach further into your business and see where they can take more from US, be it Liberty, Guns, Money or your Identity. There is no good reason for the US Government to have greater access to my MySpace Page or this Blogger Account than That of the owner(Google) or the Author(Myself).
Just a prediction that my soon become a reality and after they have CONTROL of all internet information in and out of the US, you bet your ASS they will figure a way to TAX it.
Edited 5 mins later:
no sooner than I hit Publish an article, better written, was published and shared and kinda made me do one of them < I told ya so's.....

DEA has found a new use for Dogs
The DEA has been known for using K-9's to sniff out illegal drugs. They have been quite successful with them at their sides in finding well hid stashes. The K-9's have more than done their job in the past but now the DEA may fear the need for them may be dwindling in some cases.
We the People are no longer afraid to speak out on wanting Marijuana Legalized. And with that in would come some law changes that will affect the non violent policies and laws dealing with marijuana. The DEA sees this as an issue because they have squandered some much of our tax money on chasing these non violent offenders that they won't be able to justify their expenses. Ultimately this is sure to decrease the yearly budget and save tax payers money. With that fear in mind the DEA is working on going another direction, Protect the dogs...

Testifying on the DEA budget during a House Appropriations subcommittee hearing on Wednesday, Leonhart said she expected a number of things to happen after Washington and Colorado were allowed to go forward with the legalization of marijuana last year. What she didn't anticipate was the impact on man's best friend.I predict some kind of DEA task force to allow them entry into the home to spot test your pets for some kind of marijuana pet abuse. And of course, they will seize your house, cars and bank accounts and spend the money before your court case is heard. After all that is how they get most of there money isn't it? So all you pet lovers and pot smokers beware, the DEA are still looking for ways to come after what is yours instead of focusing on the real DRUG issues like powerhouse companies that still put BHT in your children's' cereal.

Make marijuana Legal, it's a no brainer.
Make marijuana Legal, it's a no brainer. (no pun intended). Why are individual states eager to legalize? Simple, MONEY. They not only have an anticipated growth in increased tax revenue from sales but at the same time have the ability to lower their expenses for maintaining law enforcement to uphold previously illegal possession, cultivation and consumption laws.
Thumbs up to the States that embrace what the voters want( to be free to choose for themselves).
The Federal Government Spends Billions to justify taking More from us each year and squanders it frivolously in an attempt to take the rest of what we the people have worked hard for. They want it ALL.
At least the states are getting on board and telling the Federal Government to Stick It!

Cannabis remains classified as an illegal narcotic under federal law, though the Obama administration has said it will give individual states leeway to carry out their own recreational-use statutes. So why doesn't the Federal government want to go a step further..... Simple, Power(Control). They already have your money and want to continue using it to empower their Agencies with the ability to take what ever you have and write you off as a Drug Dealer. They Spend Billions of dollars of YOUR MONEY brought in by taxes to pay for all the surveillance equipment, guns, helicopters and man power. Not to mention the Tax dollars it takes to house these NON-violent drug offenders in Federal Prisons. But you won't here about a quick and Huge cut in expenses from the Federal Government simply by allowing the People Some Of Their FREEDOM back..... Makes you wonder just how important their agenda is to them.

Nearly 20 states, including Colorado and Washington, had already put themselves at odds with the U.S. government by approving marijuana for medical purposes.

Who Does the U.S.Government Owe? National Debt?
Looking at who the government owes may seem like a huge list, but lets start at the root of it.
We the People Started Paying in a Tax to Social Security and back when it started it was only .5% and if the government had left it alone all this time there would be no need to increase it and there would be enough money to cover those that pay into it. THOSE WHO PAID INTO IT. I think you know where I'm heading with this. The US Government has been spending our hard earned money for years. So I say to you this.... The U.S. Government owes the Social Security Fund More money than any other country it has borrowed from. So politics aside, the Government needs to quick sending our money out of the country and start putting it back where it belongs. Feed your family before you feed your neighbors!!!
but, but what about all the money we owe China... "What about it" we can still owe it to them after we pay ourselves back. Lets start taking care of our own.

How about a New SPENDING CONTROLl Bill?
I have recently an heard argument from an older female American citizen that is for gun control. Her Argument was that guns don't need magazines that hold more than 10 rounds. When I explained to her that the manufacturer wasn't were you get these magazines, but from aftermarket distributors it was then a well there is no need for assault rifles... Which would take us into the ...well there is no need for candy or gum or porn or movies, etc. Then She went on to say that without governmental gun control that China would just come and take us over. And I thought to myself, Other countries have no interest in invading a country where there are 5 guns to each household. Much easier to invade those countries without guns, besides the fact that China already owns us. We are but a mere retail outlet store for them but that is for an entirely new post.
As I sat there thinking about the time and effort the Government and or media has put into detracting us with this old issue. The 2nd Amendment is still there to protect the rights of all citizens. Instead we the people should be focusing on a more important issue, Government Spending!
When I run out of money, I stop spending until I get more, not go tax more so I can spend more. Eventually there is no more to take. I am all for sharing when I have excess and my children aren't hungry. But when I haven't enough to feed my own family I sure as hell am not going to steal from my own household to share with my neighbor. Our current Government takes form its own and sends it abroad when it should be taking care of its own. Besides, when did public appointed figures become celebrities with no accountability for their actions?

Google tells FBI to suck it!
“The FBI has the authority to prohibit companies from talking about these requests,” reads a blog post about the new numbers on Google’s public policy blog. “But we’ve been trying to find a way to provide more information about the NSLs we get—particularly as people have voiced concerns about the increase in their use since 9/11. Starting today, we’re now including data about NSLs in our Transparency Report. We’re thankful to U.S. government officials for working with us to provide greater insight into the use of NSLs.”
NSLs have come under fire not just for their secrecy, but for their lack of judicial review; They require far less oversight than a search warrant or even a subpoena, can be issued by any FBI field office, and have been applied much more widely in the post-9/11 era. The Electronic Frontier Foundation has called NSLs “one of the most frightening and invasive…of all the dangerous government surveillance powers that were expanded by the USA PATRIOT Act.”
Google specifies in an FAQ included with its report on NSLs that the letters can only legally seek “the name, address, length of service, and local and long distance toll billing records” of a Google user. Those outmoded legal terms mean that the FBI shouldn’t be able to get actual content data such as Gmail messages or private YouTube videos. Perhaps surprisingly, even IP addresses are off limits, Google says.
